This is a drawn first draft of the front page I am going to create. It gives me a layout which I am thinking about using and contains main conventions of a cover. This includes a masthead, main image, skyline, sell lines, plug, left third, barcode, pricing and date and issue number. It also helps me decide on the type of shot I want to use for the main image. Here I have shown a mid shot which could be used to help portray the target audience by the choice of clothing.
To develop this I am going to look at different shots I could use and add colour. I am also going to look at fonts for the different text on the page and make another draft using these developments.
